Supermuncher85 : Yeah pretty much. I've had plenty of "friends" who bought a blu-ray drive for their PC only to be disappointed after finding out their OEM drive won't play them. Don't skimp the $10 saving on the drive if you have to pay $50 for the software to play them. And for the moment I don't know an alternative.
