The DualUp has two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort v1.4 port, a USB-C port with video and 90W of passthrough power, a headphone jack (to use in place of its passable but not fantastic built-in I know that it has a USB-C port that displays video but I'm usually using a HDMI dongle that I have for the MacBook. The problem is, the USB ports that were supposedly made to connect keyboards and mouses are not working. I plug the computer via the dongle to the macbook but when I hit a keyboard via the USB port of the monitor, nothing happens.

It has a USB-C port that says it provides DisplayPort 1.4 over USB 3.2 Gen 2. I'm trying to connect to an LG Ultrafine 4K monitor. This was bought for a Macbook originally, but I have seen online that you can connect them to Windows from DisplayPort with the right adapter.
