When 'rolling' it up it would go up for a while then pivot as if there was a point at the front of the window. SO the whole glass would kind of roll forward on that point.
Opening/Closing Windows. The window opens while the switch is pressed and it closes while the switch is pulled up with the ignition switched ON. Do not open or close 3 or more windows at the same time. The front passenger's window and rear windows can be opened/closed when the power window lock switch on the driver's door is in the unlocked
If there is no power on either side of the fuse then it's likely there is no power on all three fuses, 24, 25, and 26. Power to those fuses is controlled by the power window relay in the driver's side underdash fuse box. I suspect the relay has failed or the master power window switch, which provides the ground to the control side of the power
